Supervison and Consultation

I offer licensure supervision for LPC associates working toward their Professional Counseling licensure in Oregon only. I offer individual and group supervision via telehealth until I find a new office space.  I also offer post-licensure consultation. 

I help LPC associates to develop and strengthen their clinical skills while also working on issues around institution dysfunction, recognizing your own power and privilege, the associates' mental health, cultural awareness, social justice, and ethical concerns.  I strive to provide a safe and empowering space to explore our own mental health and what it means to be humans doing this work.

I will primarily use Interpersonal Neurobiology, Relational Cultural Theory, Relational Alliance Model, and Discrimination Model for our supervision work. My own clinical specialties include PTSD, trauma, anxiety, racial and cultural identity, and intersectionality.  I find the supervisor/supervisee relationship to be an important place to build a strong foundation for growth, development, and exploring how your own issues might impact your ability to grow in this process.
