Individual virtual trauma-focused therapy and nervous system regulation.  We will be using Interpersonal Neurobiology, somatic methods, inner-child work, attachment repair and creative regulation.  These are typically 30 minutes, 45 minutes or 60 minute appointments.

A focused deep-healing experience for people struggling with trauma seeking accelerated, integrative change. This will include a structured and extended therapy experience ranging from 3 hours to multiple days.

These healing tools were created to help you feel more grounded, present, and connected to yourself. Each resource is rooted in Interpersonal Neurobiology (IPNB) and somatic healing, offering practical ways to calm your nervous system, reconnect with your body, and cultivate a felt sense of safety. From grounding kits to creative practices, these tools help you build resilience one gentle step at a time.

I offer clinical supervision for LPC associates working toward their licensure in the state of Oregon.  I also offer clinical consultation for Licensed Mental Health Professionals.
